The Housatonic Museum of Art is free and open to the public!

The Housatonic Museum of Art follows the Housatonic Community College Calendar. Therefore, the HMA hours are closed on all state holidays and weekends during the summer and winter break. Housatonic Community College may also close for inclement weather.

Please visit www.housatonic.edu or call 203-332-5000 to ensure that the College is open on the day that you plan to visit. Due to frequent rotation, the Burt Chernow Galleries may be closed during regular museum hours.

The Burt Chernow Galleries will be closed for installation from Monday, August 5, 2024 – Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Please join us on the evening of Wednesday, September 18, 2024  for the opening reception for the exhibition, Arwe Journey: Twentieth Century Afri-Caribbean Migration.
