The Housatonic Museum of Art is free and open to the public!

The Housatonic Museum of Art follows the CT State Housatonic calendar. Therefore, the HMA hours are closed on all weekends and state holidays. CT State Housatonic and the Housatonic Museum of Art may also close for inclement weather.

The Burt Chernow Galleries will be closed for installation from Monday, July 13 – Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Please join us on Wednesday, September 9 from 5:30pm – 7pm for the opening reception of Making his Mark in Connecticut: The Creative Process of F. Luis Mora.

There is still plenty of art & curated displays to see on campus.
