New Housatonic Art Museum director hopes to open doors for HCC students

Jennifer Reynolds-Kaye knows her way around an art museum collection. She got her start in the profession as an intern for museums on the West Coast and recently worked at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

“I’ve started to familiarize myself with the paintings, and the sculptures and the works on paper that we have, and my first impressions are, ‘Wow, this is amazing,’” said Reynolds-Kaye, who took as the museum’s director on Sept. 1.
